ULRIK HELTOFT
In 1998 the Danish furniture designer Ulrik Heltoft contributed to "The Idea
Of A Chair". His long piece of furniture (4,5 meters) presents the chair
in its simplistic form and accentuates its primary components - back, seat
and legs. Despite the simplicity Heltoft's chair is a monumental object which
bears resemblance to a royal throne.
