| FEES
For teaching, board and lodging the price as of January 1st 2012 is as follows: DKK 1.715 for a double room and DKK 1.815 per week for a single room.
January 1st every year, a minor price regulation takes place.
> Deposit
In connection with the admission a DKK 1.200 deposit is charged. From which DKK 200 is a registration fee. The remaining 1000 DKK is key and room deposit. The registration fee of DKK 200 covers administration costs.
> Payment
Danish students pay the fees in instalments as follows. First instalment covering the first month is a fixed amount of DKK 5.750 charged prior to the course starts. The balance is divided into equal instalments that are to be paid in advance on a monthly basis.
Foreign students and Danish students with permanent address abroad have to pay all school fees in advance.
> Cancellation before course start
If you withdraw from the course more than 4 weeks before course start, you will lose your deposit.
If you withdraw from the course less than 4 weeks before course start, you will have to pay DKK 6.950 (1st instalment and deposit).
> Break off during the course
If you break off your stay at Krabbesholm for any other reason than illness, you will have to pay fees for a period of 4 weeks from the day you leave the school or to the end of the course. You will also lose your deposit.
If the school has paid for your participation at the study trip when you leave the school, you must cover the expenses that the school has had in this connection.
> Materials
Together with the payment, you will be charged DKK 250 for shared materials (subject related study tours, model workshop, basic materials for certain subjects, rent of film and video etc.). For personal use of teaching materials, books, short excursions etc. you must provide for extra expenses of app. DKK 500-600 per month on average depending on which subjects you chose.
> Study tours
We arrange study tours abroad both during the spring course and the autumn course. The expenses are app. DKK 3.500 + pocket money. Remember to bring valid passport.
