DESIGN WITH DIGNITY
Consumerism is a way of being part of a community and a way of creating identity. But some groups of consumers are more rarely spoken to than others - could be people suffering from tinitus, incontinence or being blind a.o. They are not "worth" approaching.
Wouldn't these groups deserve to be communicated to with dignity? Couldn't there be products that would make there everyday more accessible and raise their quality of life? Dont they want to be wooed as consumers and to part of the community of consum.
