Wiener Melange

The studytrip this fall was spent with the architetureclass in Vienna. A city that is thought of as one of waltzing, Mozart Kugeln, big thinkers as well as design of historical importance. But the city has plenty to offer with a fresh designscene that unfolds within the borders of old east-european countries, Northern Italy and Germany. That means within traditional craft, designavantgarde and well-working industry. We visited monuments of the last century and met with vivid participants of the designscene of here and now. It was all taken in with plenty of Wiener Melange and Sachertorte - amongst others.
