MAGAZINE
An oldie but a goodie in terms of working through the different aspects of graphic design:
Development of ideas, development of a concept, grid, layout, choosing and using of typeface, logo, use of pictures...
As for the development of the concept it should use as a starting point the fonts developed by the students in a former assignment. Their typeface should be used creating the logo for the magazine.
The result was a great number of different concepts. here we show the front page and one spread from each.
The fonts developed by the students are shown under the link FONTS AND SIGNS.
