TRIP TO FUR

Along with graphic designer Louise Sidenius, we have worked on a project based on a trip to the island of Fur. The aim there was to collect materials from nature for a series of posters. The posters should be designed with inspiration from old education boards and contain information about the found objects. Fur is famous for its unique volcanic geology enabeling discoveries of fossils which inspired some if the projects. At Fur Museum it was possible to get help to further determine ones findings. Beyond the content of the workshop the trip to Fur gave a versatile image of the nature of the island and a break from everyday life at the school.
