AN EATING PLACE
The students were assigned to design a new restaurant for Krabbesholm forest.
By studying the building site and the nature of this area, they had to decide what specific kind of kitchen that would be appropriate for the area, e.g. a japanese, italian or a nordic kitchen.
The building was supposed to capture the poetics, landscape a personal relationship to architecture.
